Meet The Team

Working in the real estate industry for over 30 years has given him the knowledge and experience to excel in development and investments.  He remodeled homes as a teen and became a real estate appraiser by the age of 20.  Since that time, his engagement has continued to focus on property management as well as land acquisition and site design for commercial and residential tracts. 

Before joining Black Marlin Capital in May 2022, he was a 35 year veteran banker serving as a Commercial Real Estate Lender and Commercial Lender for Barnett Bank, SunTrust, Citrus & Chemical, Florida Tradtions/Centennial Bank and  CenterState/SouthState Bank as a senior level lender. Income producing and development properties had been his focus throughout his banking career. It was through these banking channels that the two connected.
